At Planet Ayurveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return or exchange from your recent order history to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
